• We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 2,000 on Prepaid orders. A ₹200 will be charged for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• We deliver your order to you as soon as possible! We're taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to deliver your order within 4-7 working days for unstitched suits and 7 -10 working days for stitched suits.
• For international order we take 15-20 working days to deliver. We offer free international shipping on all orders. A separate email will be sent by our customer care with payment link.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for items received in damaged condition, or if they have any manufacturing defects.
• Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund.
• We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Please note that the return/exchange request will only be accepted once.
• All approved refunds will be issued as store credit only.

Eligibility for Exchanges

• We now offer reasonable exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and tags.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Exchange products will be delivered within 7-14 working days.
