1) Eligibility for Refunds
 - Refunds are applicable only for items returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund.                                                                                                    

2) Eligibility for Exchanges
- We now offer reasonable exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and tags.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.                                                             

3) Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
- All items are subject to inspection before processing refunds or exchanges.          

4) Processing Times
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Exchanges will be processed promptly, subject to stock availability.
