A. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 2,000 on Prepaid orders. A ₹200 will be charged for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. We deliver your order to you as soon as possible! We're taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to deliver your order within 4-7 working days for unstitched suits and 7 -10 working days for stitched suits.
For international order we take 15-20 working days to deliver. We offer free international shipping on all orders. A separate email will be sent by our customer care with payment link.

A. Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email.

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.Within India, we ship through registered courier companies like Delhivery ,Xpressbees , Fedex ,Blue Dart, Ecom Express , Ekart Logistics. You need to provide valid mobile number in order to process your order.

Once an international order is confirmed and shipped, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not applicable under any circumstances. However, store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Ganga Fashions in select cases. Store credit, if approved, will be valid for a limited period and can be used only on future purchases.
